Dog training, but person-centered.

 What pros are saying...
Â
"There's a ton of information and continuing education on techniques for working with dogs, but most of the human-centered training is minimal at best. This course provided a ton of tools that are useful for dog pros who are working with people, including ways to actually help clients succeed. Even more importantly, the course addressed techniques for surviving being a "helping professional" that go beyond the basics of self care. I highly recommend this course for anyone looking for strategies to help them stay in the game long-term and do right by their clients."
Miranda Hitchcock, CDBC, CBCC-KA, CPDT-KA

"Thank you for a fantastic course, I am using what I learned so far daily!"

"This course should be required learning for dog trainers - you will walk away with the human skills to help more dogs! The skills and information shared in this course will help me to build motivation in my clients to work with and appreciate their pets… and this will translate to results!
It has also helped me to reflect deeply on how I care for myself and how I can help myself to grow and thrive in an industry that can be training emotionally."

"Completing the Person-Centered Dog Training Program has been truly transformative. It has had a profound impact on the way I support my clients–not just in their training goals, but in how I show up for them with empathy, clarity, and boundaries.Â
I’ve gained essential tools for navigating challenging conversations and preventing burnout and emotional fatigue that can so easily come with this work.
This program didn’t just give me strategies for client communication–it also gave me the insight and resources to better support myself and the other trainers I work alongside. It’s helped us prioritize mental health, foster healthier working relationships, and create a more sustainable way to do the work we love.
The mindset shift I experienced through this course was massive. I truly believe every trainer should go through this program–it’s a game changer."
Michelle Wieser, KPA CTP, CDBC, PST-CI
Â
"The Person Centered Dog Training Course was an absolute game changer for my business! Taking a step back from the dog training itself and learning how to related and connect to owners gave me insight into changing my programs across the board! Not only does Jess discuss ways to help clients really grasp what you’re offering, she also offers ways for us as trainers to prevent burn out, help us problem solve, and overall ground ourselves to better help our businesses, our team, and our clients. Highly recommend!"
